- Allen Craig and David Freese each hit a home run and drove in three runs and Lance Lynn won his seventh game of the year as the Cardinals beat the Dodgers 7-0 Friday night in Los Angeles. Rookie John Gast will make his third start for the Cardinals in tonight's game.

 - Russ Cochran and Kenny Perry each shot 5-under-par rounds of 66 today and are tied for the lead in the Senior PGA Championship at Bellerive Country Club. Both golfers are seven under par at the midway point of the tournament.
